WHOIS - totallyherby.com (without www.) is the domain name of this, our main website, registered at domainmonster.com by Elmbronze Ltd. You can check this out at: nic.com - enter totallyherby.com in the box, and click on "Submit Query", or directly at Domainmonster. We own a family of individual product websites, click here for the list.

Companies House - Elmbronze Limited is a British Private Limited Company which makes it easy to check its registration at a British government website. You can look us up at Companies House, visit http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk. Click on WebCHeck (search company information) on the right hand side of the page, then enter SC150540 in the Company Number box. The basic check is free.

ICO - We are registered (Data Protection) with the Information Commissioner's Office. You can search the register here - put Elmbronze Ltd in the name field.

FSB - We're members of the Federation of Small Businesses in the UK.

EV SSL Certificate - When you order securely from our website, the address bar on most modern browsers showing https://www.totallyherby.com/order/ (or other secure order page addresses) will go green. This is because we have an EV SSL Certificate for www.totallyherby.com owned by us, Elmbronze Ltd. The EV is for Extended Validation, and the certificate is from Comodo who are a certificate authority. For us to get this certificate, Comodo verified our company registered address, phone number, ownership and control of totallyherby.com, and other details. You will also see a padlock symbol on the address bar, with Elmbronze Ltd [GB], you may be able to click on this to get our certificate information and company location.

If you can see the Comodo "Corner of Trust" trustmark logo at the bottom right hand of this page, hover your mouse, or click on it and you will get confirmation of our details from the comodo (instantssl) website. We don't use this Trustmark on our main page or order pages, as the trustmark uses Javascript to "popup" the certificate to the left, and it can hide valuable information on our pages. Our order pages do use a little Javascript to provide some information, but they work perfectly without the script.

Your input to our one step order forms, including your card data, is encrypted and secured with the EV SSL certificate before the data is sent over the internet by your browser. The certificate is public, but only our server can decrypt the encrypted information, as our server generated and holds the only copy of the key - Comodo do not have a copy.
